Ode to June’s Broken Foot Recipient

I pass the foot on for the month of June
Camps already ending, more starting soon
This butt-kicking person played a huge role
Getting camps started with work and with soul.

My peer is creative, campy, and smart
Attitude and helpfulness off the chart!
Always here to help, with a smile today,
No problem too big—stop by and say “hey!”

From counting, sorting, moving and packing,
Photographing, shopping, fixing, tracking,
Emails, messages, meetings and calls,
This person always handles it all.

Camps got computers, widgets, n’ wires
Calling Maria and putting out fires
No more red cups, the Yo flags were made
New fancy banners, add to the parade.

The best thing of all you just have to see
Won’t happen too often, believe you me
His interpretive dance will make you say “gosh!”
I give the award to Steven Hudosh!
