someday...

Someday there will be a train system in Seattle. The peoples of Seattle will ride the train. They will ride the train and wish that it had been there as long as they could remember. They will have empty thoughts where the memories should have been of riding the train during their childhoods. The train will be useful for these people who ride it. Then they will get off the train at the airport, the only place the train can take them, and they will get on planes and fly to places that have real transit systems like Istanbul, Mumbai, Vancouver, or dare I say it,... Portland.

To bad the people in Seattle that could do something about it are the Politicians. And we know what they are good for.

astonishing that seattle is so otherwise green, but at least this way it gives them an opportunity to build a train system like the japanese -- punctual, quiet and eco-friendly

Amen brother, amen. But then my "Seattle Monorail" memorbilia wouldn't be worth nearly as much. :)
